Currently reading… err… drooling over this. Yamaguchirow’s Ruruoni Kenshin doujinshi “Scarred Over”.

Ok before you think of something stupid about me… let me enlighten you. This is Ruruoni Kenshin Doujinshi done by Yamaguchirow… which I well… read, heck, how do I explain this, well, more like, just look at with so much enthusiasm. It’s hentai, I know, and I am not a fan of it. I’m a fan of Ruruoni Kenshin, also known as Samurai X here in the Phil… and also, a die hard fan of kenshinxkaoru love team.

I have known this doujinshi for a long time now… and I somewhat actually forgot about it until recently I saw a fanart in DA base on the works of Yamaguchirow. And I decided, yes, to download her works. Sadly, almost all of her works are in Japanese. *le sob*

This page is taken from one of her RK doujinshi entitled Kaorushou.

Here’s a brief review I just copy pasted from someone ‘coz I am too lazy to do mine, and she basically said what I might say… so yeah.

Yamaguchirow seems to favor Kaoru/Kenshin romance, rather than hardcore hentai. Kaorushou is no exception. 

The art is very soft and drawn to shoujo style. The hentai scenes are well-executed, and still manage to be hot, though fairly vanilla. 

The first arc covers Kenshin’s romantic confession to Kaoru and their consummation. The second arc seems to revolve around Kenshin assauging Kaoru’s worries about the nature of their relationship. Finally, there is a long text block that probably contains a great deal of fascinating plot, but since it is in Japanese, it could just be an ad for toasters. Alas.
