November Komikon was fun (as usual). I was so excited about it these the past months, I’m so itching to buy indie comics and manga again and to finally meet some of DA pips in person so it’s a relief that this con is finally over, lol. My usual hang-out? In our Pugad baboy’s booth, that’s where I drop my things a.k.a. my newly purchased comics and prints. Going back and forth from that point to anywhere inside the convention center. 

I have to say that this komikon was more jumpacked than last summer. There are too many people and it’s almost hard to move. There’s also many fans who dropped by at tito Pol’s booth to have his autograph.

My favorite part of this con is that I’m able to meet my talented DA friends!!! Here’s Van, the creator of “Dear Diary” manga.

OMG FINALLY MET HER IN PERSON. I really like talking to her ‘coz she’s so nice. I was also able to meet her pretty and supah nice mom. I actually kept on calling her mom “Mommy” LOL.

Also got to meet this awesome pips all the way from Bacolod. These are Jay Wong, ME, Kyouyuki, Shida-san , and Shin Oe. I bought all of their work. THOSE ARE REALLY GOOD!!! Quality and art! I mean, come on! These guys deserve more fans, I mean, they already have many, but… I think they deserve more. LOL. I CAN’T GET OVER THE QUALITY OF THE MANGAS I BOUGHT FROM THEM OK?! 

Finally met Cherryboyriot (what is this? I don’t even know your real name, I’m so faiiiiilllll!!!), I’m so happy meeting you in person. I was like “heyyyy!!! HEYYY!” all smiles and waving at her, and she was like… “*smiles* errr… what?” and i said “I’m going to buy that Lenxrin print. Reservation remember?” and she was like “okay… what’s your DA name again?” and I said “I’m Rae-shi”… and she’s like… ”what the? OHHHH!!!! YOU’RE RAE-SHI?!!!! *waves hand*” ahahaha, and I dunno what happened next. We’re just too happy to see each other. AND I LOVE YOUR PRINTS OK?!!!!! (I hope you do a mikuxlen one) bwahahahaha Also got to meet, and discover another talented DA artist Bardpado (also don’t know the real name, super fail). I love my Miku-print. 

Also meet the very cute and very talented Franey (the gay barney, LOL) I almost bought all of her prints. It’s that good. 

Also finally met Ian and was able to take a picture with him. Thank you Chai for introducing us to him. He’s one of my pinoy idol. LOL hahahaha. He’s so tall, I have to tiptoe while Saowie’s taking our pic. LOL

Here’s another group pic, this time with the very pretty Chai and guess who’s that girl on my left? That’s Nokomento. When I first saw her I was like… “YOU’RE A GIRL?!”  I really thought she’s a guy. Hmmm… she’s camera-shy, i guess.

I also met enjelicious so delicious!!! and she’s super nice! She’s now officially one of my favorite komikon peeps in the world. There’s no awkward moment with her even though we hang out just for a short while. I had my laughs with her… I really really like herrrrr! OK? OK?!!!! Also able to meet Errol  YAYYYY~ Ok? fan-girl mode? LOL. !!!

And I never knew that Jadenkaiba is two different persons and is actually Jaden and Kaiba. LOL

I never imagined that I’ll be able to meet Maz in person. It was nice meeting you! And I’m so happy to meet Chimaira.  She’s very nice and very very cheerful. I really like her! I promised to learn the ways of Yaoi so that I can read her hardcore, supeeeerrr hardcore yaoi manga next time. :)) 

nyway, wanna congratulate my uncle (yes, I’m so proud), Tito Tony (DeZuniga, creator of Jonah Hex) for being one of the guest of honor in this year’s komikon.
